Rash guards for BJJ are typically made of polyester, spandex, nylon or some combination of these fabrics. Our rash guards are made from a polyester spandex blend.

Rash guards can help prevent grazes, mat burn and reduce the risk of skin infections
by creating a barrier between your skin and the mat. Our jiu-jitsu rash guards also
feature moisture wicking properties to help keep you dry while training.

Rash guards for BJJ should offer a snug fit without being overly tight or restrictive.
This will help prevent the rash guard from riding up during training.

But we also recommend choosing a BJJ rash guard that offers a fit that you are
comfortable with. It’s not uncommon that some prefer a looser fitting rash guard.

between the bjj gi and the skin.
